3. Booking and Scheduling
To book our services, clients must:
- Provide accurate contact information.
- Specify the services required.
- Agree to the proposed schedule.
Gardener Rotherhithe reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions.
3.1 Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered are due as follows:
- Upon Completion: Payment is due upon completion of the service.
- Advanced Bookings: For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, a deposit may be required.
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
- Ensure that the garden area is clear of obstacles that may hinder the work process.
- Inform Gardener Rotherhithe of any specific requirements or preferences.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
6. Liability
Gardener Rotherhithe strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions in the garden.
- Damage caused by unforeseen factors such as extreme weather.
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Gardener Rotherhithe collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10. Termination

- Non-payment for services rendered.
- Any conduct that disrupts the provision of services.
Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services provided up to the termination date will be due immediately.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Gardener Rotherhithe, including designs, plans, and documentation, are the intellectual property of the company. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without explicit written consent.
12. Force Majeure
Gardener Rotherhithe is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Gardener Rotherhithe regarding the provision of services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Gardener Rotherhithe's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
